The planet Tritanzan, which is a name which is still disputed, is a habited planet in the Mirazan Universe. It exists within the Constellation of Pygocentrus. Tritanzan is about 16.4 times bigger than Earth and its gravity is about 7.40 times that of Earth.
A single day lasts 44.63 hours and a year lasts 258 days. The planet is made up of 14 continents, which make up 67% of the planet's landmass. 3 moon(s) orbit the planet and Tritanzan itself orbits a blue giant (named the Eternal Sun) in a slightly elliptic orbit.
The plant-like organisms on this planet are an odd balance of smaller trees, shrubs, grasses and flowers. Each of which is almost entirely made up of pest-like species, with a tendency to completely overgrow everything, were it not for their competitor pests to keep them in check. In the midst of these pest battles, fungi, bushes and some nonpest flowers and grasses manage to grow quite successfully.
Many of these organisms have developed unique ways to prevent them from being eaten. While many of them taste bad and a few are even poisonous, some have gone the extra mile and have become hard to digest. Any part of them that does get eaten and manages to survive an animal's digestion will often end up regrowing from that small piece, which now has plenty of nutrients from the animal's poop.
Aquatic plants are almost non-existent on this planet. Instead, life is limited almost exclusively to hard corals. Their rock-like skeletons offer a great deal of protection, but it's sometimes near impossible to tell where one coral starts and the other ends, let alone where coral meets rock. But their bright colors are bioluminescent, which makes these depths come to life at night with an amazing spectacle of hundreds of differently colored lights.
Like Earth, this planet is home to many sentient mammals, both land and aquatic. However, the land mammals are far more advanced. What's perhaps most peculiar is that on this planet humanoid creatures known as Tritanzanians seem to be the most intelligent.
The town of Oxglen was built at the edge of an enormous island and is truly an architectural display of wonder. Its uniqueness is matched by the backdrop of pristine skies which have helped shape the city to what it is today. Oxglen has a healthy economy, which is mainly supported by blacksmithing, tailoring and jewelcrafting. But their biggest strengths are rare animal breeding and intricate jewelcrafting. However, Oxglen lacks people skilled in farming. Despite its strengths and weaknesses, Oxglen is most likely headed towards a growing future under the leadership of Master Hanshaw. But this remains to be seen.
